Do you work with both Excel and Google Sheets?

Yes — all packages are available in either Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets. Just let us know your preference when you get in touch. If you need both formats delivered, we can accommodate that too.

What if my project is more complex than the packages describe?

No problem. The Premium plan covers most advanced requirements, but for larger enterprise-level systems we provide a custom quote. Send us a description of what you need and we'll reply with a price and timeline — no commitment required.

How do revisions work?

A revision is any change to what was originally agreed in the brief — adjusting a layout, changing a formula, adding a column, etc. We work with you until the result is right within your included revision count. Revisions beyond the limit are billed at a small hourly rate.

What format is the file delivered in?

Excel files are delivered as .xlsx (or .xlsm for macro-enabled files). Google Sheets are shared directly to your Google account. You'll always own the file with full editing access — no locked sheets unless specifically requested.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use the systems you build?

No. Every system is built for non-technical users. We include written instructions and (on Standard and Premium plans) a video walkthrough so anyone on your team can use it confidently from day one.

How do I pay?

We accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, or through our Fiverr/Upwork profiles. A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due on delivery.

What information do you need from me to get started?

A brief description of what you need, your preferred tool (Excel or Google Sheets), a rough idea of your data (how many columns, how many rows, what you're tracking), and any examples or screenshots that show what you're aiming for. The more detail the better — we'll ask follow-up questions if needed.
